1. Receive the draft. Client should give us the original document as clear as possible (It is better offered with the form of WORD, PDF, EXCEL or TIF.). Please give us your final draft to save your time and cost.
2. Give a reasonable quotation. The draft will be read carefully by commissioner to be aware of some situations of the draft, like the area, difficulty, number of words, and so on, and then we will give you our most reasonable quotation combining your request, translator will be contacted to receive the draft under your permission, after the confirmation and signature of cooperative agreement by three parts, deposit will be paid in advance.
3. Start the translation. After arranging the draft, staff in our company will be tracking and monitoring in 24 hours to assist the translator in solving the problems and difficulties encountering in the process of translation.
4. First revisal and second revisal. After handing over the draft by translator, the reviser will give the first revisal. The draft will be given to client after the second revisal after confirming without any mistakes.
5. Later stage service. Considering the quality of draft, our company will give follow-up service along with translators and explain any doubt of client’s patiently.
6. Pay the remaining money. Please pay the remaining money after confirming without doubt.
