1).10%~50% of extra expense is required for any emergent documents. (Normal translation speed: 3000 words/day for common languages; 2000 words/day for minor languages)
2). Down payment: 50% of translation cost based on words. The rest of payment shall be delivered after verifying the translation. Generally, it shall be paid within ten working days.
3). Documents with less than 500 words will be charged by each paper.
4). Documents with over 20,000 words can be offered with a favorable price (5%~10%). Words can be accumulated monthly for a favorable price for our long-term customers.
5). Price for interpretation is based on 8 hours/day. Interpretation with less than a day’s work load in other places is charged as the full day. The local interpretation work will be charged on actual time; for work with over 8 hours, the exceeded time will be charged on 100-200RMB/Hour.
